Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your new MyHome products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please see below for more information about our returns policy.

Please note returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging for the items. If the items are not packaged adequately and the items get damaged on return to us, then you will be refunded, less any costs incurred by us. If you think you might want to return the item, please keep the packaging for collection.

Faulty or Damaged

If for whatever reason the item arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange collection of this and a replacement or repair free of charge. Any damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Alternatively, if you wish to receive a full refund and a return of the items we can also arrange this for you.


We hope you love your new furniture, but if it’s not as desired, no problem – simply contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a refund and we’ll organise a collection at your earliest convenience. We’ll refund the cost of the product and the delivery fee, but a collection cost will apply.

Please note that some of our products are made to order due to the nature of the manufacturing process and are not returnable. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
